Tutu Tutu

I'm a little obsessed with babies/little children and tutus.  I saw this one and screamed and then decided that when I eventually have a child...I am making my sister in law have one at the same time even though she said she only wants one child...but she will have to have another one so that our babies (and of course they will both be girls) can wear these outfits together.  :)

Papasan Chair

I've always loved these chairs for some reason.  I think its because when you sit in them they like swallow you up and are just so comfy.  I went into Pier1 around the Holidays with my Mom and fell in love with them.  They have the best cushions available too.  Check them out.

Duffle Bag

Thought this bag was cute.  Would be cute for a little girl for a sleepover bag or like a dance bag...or for an adult as well.  I could have used it when I went to my friends' sleepover a few weekends ago.  Yes, we are 26 and 27 years old and still had an old fashioned sleepover.  That is what I love about my friends.  Some are married, some have kids and we still do these things.  Love it.

Chunky Dunk

Okay So I am on a sign kick...
I've always liked this saying...or more so because it fit me better.  Maybe one day I won't have to use that phrase at all.  But for now, I love it.

I Love You More than Pickles

Pickles are a favorite of mine.  Everyone that knows me, knows that I LOVE pickles.  So I saw these cards and thought they were cute.  Also check out their other cards...such as I love you more than cheese or I love you more than ice cream.

Pinwheels

I like unique things.  and I like child-like things.  These pinwheels are a great not standard wedding "bouquet".  I've seen ones where the bridesmaids all carry one large pinwheel and then the bride has a standard floral bouquet with the mini pinwheels stuck into it all over.  So Cute!

Thai Lamp

I randomly came across this while on etsy this morning.  I thought it was pretty neat.  The body is made out of a coconut.  Reminds me of when I went to Key West a few years back and wanted so badly to find a coconut to bring home and the last day I walked out of the hotel and there was one across the street.  I went and got the coconut and then shoved it into my suitcase.  At the airport, the scanners had to search my bag and I thought they were going to take my coconut away...but they didn't.  Come to think of it, I don't even know where that coconut got to...I think I tried to cut it open and then had to get rid of it.

Rest In Peace Fred

So today is the funeral of my Dad's best friend Fred.  Fred had pancreatic cancer and he just couldn't kick it.
So my item today is something that reminds me of Fred.  My parents and Fred and Kathy used to go to the Phillies games together or watch the games together every time there was one on.  So for today here is a Harry Kalas drawing done by Daniel Duffy.  I actually bought my Dad one of these at Rice's Market in New Hope over the summer.  Think it's pretty cool.

Wall Decals

One more reason why I need to move out and get my own place sooner than later...these super cute wall decals.  I love them. I've loved them. and I want to put them in my home.  It's just that when you live in someone else's house you can't go put a huge tree decal on the wall.  So when I eventually get the move on and it and peace out. I'll be sure to get a few of these.

Checkbook Holder

I don't really use checks much, but there are some times that they come in handy...like when I'm at the family doctor's office and they only take cash or check.  For this reason, I always carry my checkbook in my purse.  I have been using an old asian inspired foldable thing/wallet that my Aunt got all of my Aunts and the nieces, but it has hit it's last leg.  So I decided to purchase a new one today. I love the damask pattern and of course I had to have some pink on it somewhere. Love bows too!

Pom Pom Love

I LOVE these things.  I think they are the best decoration for any type of event you may be hosting.  Very cute and easy to purchase but I've also seen people make the Poms themselves.  They just add such a fun touch to any event.

Babushkas, Russian Dolls, Matryoshkas.....

Lately I've really been drawn to what I call Babushka dolls.  Maybe it's because I grew up with the stacking ones in my house and my Grandmom's house.  I told my best friend the other day that I think it would be cool to do a kitchen in them.  They have such cute stuff out now.

After spending the weekend with my best friend who is in the process of planning her wedding, I'm in the wedding state of mind. We actually went and picked out her invitations, which is very exciting!  I had found this hanger on Etsy and showed it to her and she loved it, so I ordered one.  Check it out! Pretty cool!
