Strawberry Shortcake Banner

My niece turns 4 next month.  Every year we have a party here at my parent's house and I usually take over (because I'm insane like that) planning the party and my sister-in-law is nice enough to let my craziness with planning things play out. 
This year Sarah said she wanted a Strawberry Shortcake theme...even though she had that theme for her 1st birthday but she was too little to most likely remember anything. 
I saw this sign on etsy and might get it...or try to make my own. Super cute.
