I did really well with going out and jogging every day for a good couple of months...then it got cold. I'm really looking forward to getting out and using it again.
I enjoy coming back ,plugging it into my computer and it gives me a map of where I ran, the distance, the elevation, the calories burned, my heart rate through out, and I can see how it compares to other days. I cancelled my gym membership and bought the watch. Check it out.

ReplyDeleteI thought you had something that showed how far you ran. Little maps and routes, etc.
